More About Me

Kim Kuhn, REALTOR® | Real Estate Advisor | Centric Homes Team – Coldwell Banker Realty

For Kim Kuhn, real estate is more than a career — it’s a continuation of a lifelong passion for helping others. As a REALTOR® with the Centric Homes Team at Coldwell Banker Realty, Kim brings care, compassion, and real-world experience to every client she serves throughout Andover and the greater Twin Cities area.

Rooted in the community since 1999, Kim has spent her life supporting people in meaningful ways — from raising her family in Andover, to managing a local business where she built lasting connections, to owning a home cleaning company that helped people feel more comfortable and confident in their spaces. Every chapter of her journey has been about service, trust, and improving the lives of others.

As her path evolved, real estate became the perfect way to continue that mission. Kim guides her clients with patience, education, and honest advice — believing that the best real estate experiences happen when people feel informed, supported, and cared for every step of the way.

Much of Kim’s business comes from referrals — a reflection of the lasting relationships she builds and the trust her clients place in her. She stays current with real estate education and market expertise, ensuring her clients receive thoughtful guidance and up-to-date information in an ever-changing market.

Kim is part of the award-winning Centric Homes Team, recognized with a Rate My Agent Award for being ranked #3 in Minnesota and #74 in the U.S. — a reflection of the team’s dedication to exceptional client service.

Her commitment to serving others also extended into her work as a firefighter — another example of her dedication to community, care, and helping when it matters most.

Today, Kim continues to care for those around her — not only in real estate but in life — as a devoted wife, mother of four, and caregiver within her own home. She loves gardening, finding joy in creating beautiful spaces both inside and outside the home, and traveling with her husband, children, and grandchildren. For Kim, real estate isn’t just about houses — it’s about people, stories, and creating a place to belong.
